Mr. Awmack, a co-founder of Rimfire, plays a key role in growth and direction of the Company. As the COO of Equity Engineering Ltd., a private turn-key exploration services company, Mr. Awmack has provided mineral exploration expertise to major and junior companies around the world.

Jack H. L. Miller (P.Eng.) Director

Mr. Miller is currently Chief Operating Officer for Quadra Mining. As a former Vice-President of Operations with Imperial Metals Corporation, he was responsible for operation of Huckleberry open-pit copper-molybdenum mine in northwestern British Columbia. Mr. Miller brings extensive experience in mine development and operations at Huckleberry, Gibraltar Mines and Castle Mountain.

Gary Paulson Director

Mr. Paulson is the founder and driving force of Falcon Drilling Ltd., one of North America's premier diamond drilling contractors servicing the Canadian and international geological exploration communities since 1986.

Bipin Ghelani Director

Mr. Ghelani is a Chartered Accountant with over 30 years of experience in financial, accounting and taxation matters. Prior to managing his own firm, Mr. Ghelani held senior positions with several international accounting firms including Deloitte & Touche and Pricewaterhouse Coopers.

Ian Talbot, LLB Director

Mr. Talbot holds a Bachelor of Science degree (geology) as well as a Bachelor of Laws degree. Prior to his appointment to the board, he held the position of Corporate Secretary with the Company. Mr. Talbot is a member of the British Columbia Law Society and was called to the British Columbia Bar in 1990. He is the President of Arcus Development Group Inc., a junior mineral exploration company. Prior to establishing Arcus Development, Mr. Talbot spent 4 ½ years with BHP Billiton World Exploration Inc., initially as Senior Legal Counsel and later as a Commercial Manager.

Jason Weber, P.Geo., President and CEO

Jason joined Rimfire in December of 1999 as Manager, Corporate Communications. Prior to Rimfire, he was a Project Geologist with Equity Engineering Ltd., working in Western Canada, Labrador and Central America. Active in promoting the exploration industry, Jason is Co-Chair of Mineral Exploration Roundup, one of the world's largest annual exploration conferences. Jason graduated from the University of British Columbia with a B.Sc. in Geological Sciences.

David A. Caulfield, P.Geo., Chairman and Director of Business Development

David, a co-founder of Rimfire, plays an integral role in building Rimfire through its strategic partnerships. Prior to Rimfire, he was the co-founder and President of Equity Engineering Ltd., a privately held geological consulting firm. David currently serves as the 2005 Past President of the Association for Mineral Exploration of British Columbia (AME BC), a non-profit association that advocates a healthy and environmentally sound exploration and mining sector in British Columbia.

Mark E. Baknes, M.Sc., P.Geo., VP Exploration

Prior to joining Rimfire, Mark was a senior geologist with Equity Engineering Ltd.While at Equity, Mark was the driving force behind the Wolverine massive sulphide discovery in Yukon Territory in 1995. Mark holds a B.Sc. in Geological Sciences from the University of British Columbia and a M.Sc. from McMaster University.

Robert A. Duncan, M.Sc., Manager, Exploration

Robert joined the Rimfire team in March of 2004. He previously held positions of Vice President of Exploration and Senior Geologist with junior explorers, as well as Geologist with several Vancouver-based major companies. Robert graduated with a B.Sc. (Honours) in Geological Sciences from the University of British Columbia and a M.Sc. in Geological Sciences.

Dorothy Miller, CGA, Chief Financial Officer

Dorothy joined Rimfire as Chief Financial Officer in March of 2003. Prior to Rimfire, she held administrative positions with various forestry and mining companies, including Rimfire and Equity Engineering Ltd.

Mike Roberts, Ph.D., Senior Geologist

Michael joined Rimfire in October of 2005. He previously worked as a project geologist for junior explorers and as a postdoctoral research associate at the Universities of Southern California and Cape Town.

Patrick O. Moodie, BA Economics, Manager, Corporate Communications

Prior to assuming the role of Manager, Corporate Communications with Rimfire Patrick held the position of Investor Relations Manager for a junior company focused on the exploration and development of renewable energy resources. This role provided him with exposure to financial modeling and exploration techniques. Mr. Moodie holds a Bachelors degree in Economics from the University of Alberta.

Wesley A.Hodson, B.Sc., ADP GIS, GIS Specialist/Geologist

Wes started with the Rimfire technical team in May of 2006. He previously held the position of Technical Services Manager and Geologist with another Vancouver based mining company. Wes attended the University of British Columbia where he graduated with a B.Sc. in Geology prior to obtaining an Advanced Diploma in GIS from the British Columbia Institute of Technology.

Dan Lui, M.Sc., Project Geologist,

As our most recent addition to the Rimfire team, Dan's background lies in geochemistry and volcano-logy. Dan holds a B.Sc. in Geology from the University of British Columbia and M.Sc. from University of Western Ontario, and has worked as a geologist in British Columbia, Nunavut, and Eastern Europe.
