I agree traps. I beleive san has wings too and the area is cheap. those viens are heading toward there properties. One thing that I have not done is load up on Marum. It is a concideration but I was hoping it would drop lower. The thing people have to think about is "what if" a big player moves into the region with a takeover of san. I think the big bang boom theory will apply to the cat and marum. That is why they look so attractive to me.
