Don't forget last spring their strategy went from production to development. Once they found the Hinge they allocated most of their good miners to development.There setting up the mines for a steady production of ore and once they start making money they won't want any delays but a nice rate of growth. If you find Sgr too frustating you could buy YRI that pays a 3% yield while you wait for the price of gold to escalate above $1,000.
