Jeff, The botching of the proxy notices was not San's fault, they delivered the packages to Compushare on time. It was the brokerage houses delivering the packages to the shareholders that was done too late. Out of 5 packages for 5 brokerage accounts all were late. I received a pakage for the share certificate held in my name from a company placement with 3 weeks to spare.
