M & A in the sector is heating up. A big move by gold by year's end could force the issue if it is in the cards. Personally I would prefer fresh cash and minor dilution as opposed to the same Bay Street gang.

I would also like to see the complete 43101 and the TSX listing before snow sticks to the ground.
