San Gold Corporation - one of Canada's most exciting new exploration companies and gold producers.
It's well documented that average throughput was 50 t per hour on the bulk sample and the previous owner had no problem running tonnage. We now have multiple ore bodies and will require a larger mill asap which requires $$$ today, not when it's in the bank.
Increasing capacity by 50% by diluting the cap by 5% ~ 15 million shares, is a drop in the bucket. For comparison, G has 730 million shares out and Eldorado has close to 400 million.
Good point lunch. I agree. And I would include to loghog that it was not managments decision to not produce. Under the circumstances they were forced to do what they were told too do. That is why they have to prove up resource's with what they have and forget about production. Sorry they never lived up to your production numbers but that is an example to why life sometimes throws you curve balls.
