Accounting can be smoke and mirrors...I don't know if this is a tax dodge or a share price stall but it seems to me that the exchange of your main product for cash is a sale and if there is some accounting practice that states otherwise that is just more evidence that there is no way in hell to audit the activities of huge business...manipulation will live on even after SGR reaches Five Dollars a share next year.
