A bird in the bush is worth 2 in the hand, unless in that bush a maiden should stand, then one in the bush is worth 2 in the hand!! (Tiger philosophy applied to SAN although the coloquial nature predates Tiger's nuances!)

Has always made sense to me, just never tested its validity "to the letter!"

With SAN, the "maiden" is Golden, so, IMHO, one in the bush will be worth 2 in the hand!
