Posting overly optomistic figures is the reason people get pissed when they don't make the targets that actually come from the boards.
That's a very good point. There is so much talk here about this and that target for that and the other goal, that I find it difficult to keep track of the sources for them all. There is no doubt the 43-101 timelines as given by the company were stretched to the point of snapping and then some. But I don't really recall where the production forecasts we've seen around here for 2009, etc. originally came from, and if they came from the company, if they were revised at all in later releases. SGR management's unusual reporting practices certainly don't help clarify matters.
