Average milled grades would have to be ~0.42 oz/t in order to realize a cash cost of ~$280/t. If they mined only Hinge/007/etc. ore, this might be possible. But I agree with you that that is a very 'forward looking statement' that should never be uttered by a manager without a very clear, obvious, and well demonstrated plan of getting there.
