By selling more stock at this time is a bit dissappointing, obviously the higher the SP when floating new shares the better, however in theory if they do not sell more shares they will have to fund from their cash flow. I would suggest that they are going to have a much better looking bottom line this way for 2011. The thing to remember is that as long as the cash is used to add value to the company, more shares is not always a bad thing. Example would be if the 26 million dollars funds drilling and they are able to add reserves to the 43-101 we will all be very happy IMHO. The downside to more shares is that we will have to share future profits and growth with more shareholders thus losing some leverage.
