This AGM went as predicted.

The reason they don't say much is because they don't have to say anything. This whole circus is just a SEC formality.

The results will come when they come, nothing will change. I do think they are headed in the right direction with the new board or directors and the overall progress they have made. This should result in an increased share price in the near future.

Anyone not happy with the way things are being run should bail out now. Fortunately the company is now in the hands of professional management. I feel a lot better than I did last year at this time.
