I agree things seem to be run better this year.

Hopefully they will finally hit a benchmark.

It's in the board favor to vote together as thats a high chance for each individual to keep their job.

I did find it a bit confusing when they have more people withheld their vote then people who voted for. What does that imply? who voted against, Was that an option? i don't recall as i didnt bother voting. How come they didn't say the number of people that voted against? This part was confusing for me, anyone else?

by not submitting my vote, does that put me in the withheld category? so we still never got the number of people who voted against.
