No one in their right mind is selling physical at these prices.

What if Silver goes to 22 and gold to 1440 in the next few weeks? It seems like the big shorts out of China count on the selling to continue much like they counted on fuhrer what's his name selling out Canada in that oil deal. Desperate times call for desperate measures.
