I am thinking that if the shorts are covering, and to the tune of 60% plus in price appreciation, then it must be just as lucrative to short this one again and make the money on the way down. Just let the buying take the price up beyond what you sold for and you are going to make a little extra.

If this is in lockstep with the gold price, then we can expect gold to hit a plateau before a pullback.

But the nature of SGR is not to always follow gold, and with the absence of news, this will drift back down on its own. I have been lucky to ride this one up twice now since the price of the stock melted this year. I will wait to buy back the shares I have sold and keep the difference as profit.

If it doesn't happen, oh well, and I will watch to see if some other pattern emerges with a different range of prices. Pesonally, I want this to keep going so that all of my other holding gets back into the money. (.50 for me as an average)
