Regarding Stellar - the new company Stelmine has filed a preliminary prospectus on SEDAR and so should be trading soon. It's still going to anyone's guess as to the what the combined value of SPX and Stelmine is going to be, but we should know fairly soon so that we can gauge the effect of RSG's spin-off on combined SP.
