Let me translate that for you: (sorry, I don't know how to reduce the size of the letters!) The priority, developement wise, for 2008 are (not that there was also 2 other projects mentionned, that I didn't post here)

Acceleration of the startup of Bakoudou project in Gabon...

I think that they are pretty sure they will have a mine here... since beginning the operation on Bakoudou is their priority!
