They would have likely guessed low at PDAC so as not to appear to be pumping ... RSG has been sifficently pumped twice in the past year ... now it's time for the real Mckoy.

I was always late in buying on previous runups (and it bit me hard both times) so this time I've taken a small position @ .105. and may by more over then next few weeks.
