You need to shorten the URl and this will give you the original portal.

http://sonris-www.dnr.state.la.us/ww...

Then you need to find the correct tab to click on and enter the well number or if you already know the well number just change it on the end of the original URL. I got this off of another cite and I just bookmarked it and if someone mentions the well number I change it to find what I am looking for.
