You are right but why would you want to spend a whole lot of money and file a whole lot of paper work (employ the lawyers) yetta yetta blah blah blah when you can simply go out and find a buyer for the Canadian Properties. Take that money and run.
What I am saying that if you follow the trail of who owns what has already been disclosed i.e. Wintercrest and Mulgravian, there are several associated companies that could step into the Canadian properties and take them for cash and stock leaving Shoreham with a clean, very clean, strike at Guyana. Now that in my limited world of old age and grey hair makes sense.
