Pg.16 states: "We will drill a drainage connection from the top of the Sinker Tunnel raise to the sump of the Golden Chariot shaft to continually drain the flooded mines without further resort to submersible pumps."

Pg. 17 says we will use all the data from our new underground surveys and historical documents to obtain professional judgements of minable reserves and then decide where to mine, with continuing exploration for additional minable ore in connected and adjacent mines.

Drilling the Golden Chariot shaft will probably drain a great deal from the somewhat interconnected mines above, but how well the mines drain won't be known until we have drained the Golden Chariot shaft. Next comes mucking out the mines and surveying them for veins and loose ore.
