Not sure of the motivation of the poster you mentioned- he has mentioned that he was interested in the property himself, so maybe he's trying to throw a monkey wrench in the works in an effort to make the property available again? Or maybe just sour grapes?

Nevertheless, he's using typical basher techniques- numerous long posts, always trying to make sure that any new reader will see 6 of his negative posts for every one reasonable one. He's obviously capable of doing very good due diligence, but then he demands answers from other posters to questions he could easily get by calling up the company. He also demands detailed information that pretty much no company gives out, such as detailed information about timelines or smelter contracts that may not even have been worked out yet! His assumptions are always based on worst case scenarios, such as management skimming off all the profits for themselves, setting up sham companies and contracts to skim off profits, or simply not doing their job. He also has pointed out the management missteps and delays that we are all well aware of and blown them completely out of proportion. If you applied his twisted logic and assumptions to every potential investment, you'd never invest in any company! As you mentioned, dcbass has done a very good job ridiculing his posts, and another poster, Imperial Whazoo, has done a good job of taking on his posts and tactics head on. Unfortunately, there's not much you can do about such posters, especially ones that have seemingly unlimited time and post incessantly. The best response to them is for SFMI to get their act together and start generating revenue.
