Spiny,
I have to tell you that right now I'm sitting right on the fence. I've been burned too many times by company BS. I have a lot of dry powder and I am either going to use it all to buy shares on Monday morning or I'm going to dump my entire wad. What is going to sway me is the answers to the questions that all those that went the SHM were going to get answered. Here's the list copied from a previous post. Please, those that went to the SHM, enter the answers.....
1. What are the ore grades? (grades and tonnage of each pile, if known)
2, What are production rates? What is the timetable to upgrade to 500 tpd? Is that still the objective?
3. Revenues so far, current rates of revenue, and projections.
4. Any plans to increase mill capacity or build a new mill?
5. Plans to bring electric lines to mill? Sinker?
6. Progress on the Sinker? Progress on connecting to other mines?
7. Drilling results? Details of drilling program?
8. Any plans or priorities on reopening other mines?
9. Share buyback program
10. Plans for a dividend (or sending out gold or silver bars)?
11. Plans for outside backing, merger, JV, etc.?
12. When did sfmi buy the Cumberland Mine and Mill in 2010? Why was it's purchase not reported in an 8-K as a significant material event affecting the company?
13. Are we attempting to purchase the other major claims that we do not own on the Oro Fino vein system?
14. Will there be shares issued to allow trading in sfmi on the Bovespa? How many and at what price?
15. Clarify the ownership, lease arrangement, and royalty arrangement of the various mines, above ground ore, loose ore in shafts, the Sinker Tunnel, and ore moved through the Sinker.
