bigpic- I have to second eveything you said. What can't be emphasized enough is that everyone at the meeting came away feeling better and more confident about their investment. Unfortunately, initial, incomplete reports from the meeting were seized on and twisted by the bashers to make it look like there were severe problems. We were all concerned initially by the lowered production rate, but seeing the mill and facilities firsthand and talking with the people that worked there enabled us to realize that that is a minor hiccup that is being dealt with. Rather than rush production and lose gold and silver, they did the right thing and lowered production to increase efficiency so that they can work out the kinks and raise production while increasing efficiency. SFMI is doing an excellent job. Think about it- buyin the property, getting the permits, building the mill, and getting to production in a year? Incredible.
As to whether or not management at SFMI is working to increase shareholder value (share price)- Think about this: Everyone there- PQ, his family, RK, the BOD, and the rest of management- all have loads of shares, many bought on the open market. Do you think they want the share price to go up?
