Do you really think that SFMI hasn't carefully thought out and put into place some pretty strict security procedures? And do you really think that they would announce what they are? At the very least, we know that they have security cams inside the buildings. And when they send out material such as concentrate, you can be very sure that they know both the weight and the content- by assay from an independent lab if nothing else. This is a non-issue as far as I'm concerned- you either trust them or you don't. But I guarantee you that they won't tell you what their security procedures are.
