Why should management care if they know they have the goods? It simply gives them more time to accumulate stockoptions etc. As people have said before that famous quote "F'em we have the gold". Of course you want to be cordial to your shareholders but the people that loan you money are closer friends. I take this as a great opportunity to accumulate.
In a nutshell. The company has had a herculean building effort in the last 18 months. War Eagle Mountain has the goods, and we have significant partial and outright claims on War Eagle Mountain. The dilution is respectably minimal, and for the most part has been used for services and to attract talent, not sales on the open market. Credit on future earnings has not been financially disclosed, but should be on the 10-K due 90 days after the beginning of the year, or sooner. My druthers say that no one in their right mind would finance a losing proposition. Feel free to come to our your conclusions. MC
