Hey bill- you bolded the wrong section of the quote. If you had bolded the section that said

• "A substantial number of shares of the company are sold at a discount pursuant to an ELOC."

you would have realized that what you cut and pasted doesn't apply to SFMI's LOC. Or you could have read and understood what I wrote before. Without assured access to DISCOUNTED shares (and I don't consider 3% a discount), there is no incentive to short.
