RS said it could take as long as 2-3 years but it was entirely dependent on how long it would take to drain the Golden Chariot and connect the Sinker with it. It could be sooner, it could be later. You also have to remember that they'll be drilling the top of the mountain first thing next summer and that's also a possibility. They have a 5 month window up there.
