Thanks BOUTS for your comments. Here's a part I don't get if PQ set up GHDC a certain way. Why didn't GHDC just buy all the rights to all the claims and land etc, collect a bigger royalty, and SFMI is simply the operator collecting what's left over of the profits? Maybe PQ wanted to have some assets with GHDC as well as SFMI so the companies would be interconnected and it would be better in a buyout for GHDC? As far as the endgame, a BUYOUT, it would look to me like SFMI would be taken out and GHDC would simply sell its rights and move on as a seperate entity. Do you see GHDC making purchases of more properties on WEM to compliment SFMI? It also doesn't make sense to me that GHDC buying a property in Canada or Mexico would add value to a BUYOUT in Idaho.
