According to RK, TSX doesn't like nepotism on the board and many investors don't like it either. Some won't put up money into a company when the board is loaded with family members.

I think credibility comes from having a diverse board. Roger Scammel is on the board and has geology experience. The rest are financial and real estate experts. I believe we strongly need a miner on the board that can bring knowledge to the board about mining. Plus it looks good for us shareholders.
