The PR stated that "Permiitting is underway". If I had to guess I don't think they have submitted the permit yet. RK did tell me permit is a lot farther along, but frankly I don't believe him.

I know the main concern is drilling, but it would be a huge benefit to get the mill working efficiently IMO. Who knows maybe they will surprise me with news to the contrary at the broker meetings.
