The conversation I was referring to occurred at last year's Goldland Holding's shareholder meeting. What was asked by me and relplied to by PQ and RS are just what I reported in my previous messages. I'm not trying to say how this will all shake out, just my reasoning for why I switched much of how I was invested. At the present time, PQ and company own more than half of the outstanding shares of both SFMI and GHDC. How they decide to split up who gets what is not and never will be decided by anyone that writes on this forum. We are all just along for the ride.
