I tend to look at the Quilliams like the Federal govt...diluting the company with no revenue and the result is .005 a share. Just like our dollar is becoming worthless.

The government will suggest..well we are working for it and spending it wisely. We aren't taking from you, we are giving to ourselves to do as we wish.
