I talked with Roger Scammel at the 2011 ASM in Silver City. We talked alone in a store and his wife was ill. He met her on the job while he was her boss. We had a good laugh about sexual harassment on the job.

He has been in the business for 40 years. RK brought him over because of his expertise.

Dmagnus and myself spoke with LG and RS....I asked Roger why silver is married to gold. He gave us the short run down how miners track for gold and the marriage.

Roger's main mission was to find the gold, tell PQ where to drill. It's that simple. If I remember correctly RS received 2,500,000 shares of GHDC or SFMI. I believe it was GHDC. We all asked RS when the drilling would happen..he stated March of 2011.

As far as our conversation with LQ...dmagnus can vouch for this. LG stated this is capital intensive and we are going to dilute. No mention of salaries being a huge chunk of the dilution.

Most definitely there has been a few mistakes..one was the Melba incident which I was not part of at the time.

I trust Bout's opinon on Scammell......I believe BE convinced CQ to go for the tailings.
