Unfortunately, I won't be going to the SHM this year. Even if I were able to go, at this point it's hard to justify the cost, considering what little was gained (other than meeting other shareholders) at previous meetings. Maybe news this week would make a difference. At any rate, I hope those who do go ask the hard questions and hold PQ's feet to the fire. Even if there is good news this week, it is still colored by PQ's failures, poor decisions, and greed. No matter what, remember that there should have been less than half as many shares out there as there are.

Three major things to ask about:

1. Failure to drill despite PRs saying the drilling program had started years ago.

2. Where did the money for financing consulting go to? And why so much money for consulting if so little money was raised?

3. Why such high compensation for failure to perform (no drilling, mill run at a loss for years without telling the shareholders, Sinker not being worked in)? And will any of those compensation shares be returned?

As a bonus, ask why SFMI loaned money to GHDC (in the form of even more shares) to pay PQ et al. their excessive compensation for GHDC's failure to perform? (Remember all those rumors about GHDC adding properties?)
