However, if it has been discussed before and rehashed, then why am I reading posts that are incorrect about the applicability of NI 43-101?

You say the company is current under Industry Guide 7. Can you point me to the report or even a company statement that confirms this? Certainly that should be an important enough subject for a mining company to make readily available to the public.
