IMO..the response to any release will be measured on how close they are to the financing requirement they quoted in the annual report. This became a measurable hurdle when they put in writing...for good or bad. If memory serves me right, $50Mil was the number quoted to do everything they wanted. Anything less that and they are picking / choosing what gets done based on some IRR (I hope).

Without seeing an announcement of financing at or close to this amount, my mind drifts toward the share count..... I'm hoping we keep that dilution to a min.
