Maybe i am reaching or whatever, but i believe they know they have it or these forward plans would not be put out there for wishful thinking, he has been around way too long for that. Personally i think something else is going on that will blow the lid off whenever it happens. If one just goes by their sec filing, they were broke awhile ago. But they are still there and going strong. What does that say.
