this has nothing to do with paying emp. THis is a mining co. accidents can happen. If a co. is found inocent in these type of claims, it says alot about their character and how concerned they are about safety of emp. This happened to me twice and both times me and my co. was found inocent but the former emp. tried to make my life miserable after that but only found more trouble for themselves later. If the co. is found guilty many times on this, then that is not good either. I want to know what history there is about slglf and look at each one of them.
