back in 02-03 i read all of the transcripts where slglf had appeared and testified before the committees and sub committees about clean coal tech. It appeared that Fed. funding was imminent and then all of a sudden it didn't happen. Politics got in the way. The existing powers were all big oil people. Not just slglf but other alternative energy solutions as well. If they had funded small co. back then, just imagine where it would be today. They seem to prefer pounding sand into holes everywhere but here.
