Nome, you hit it right on the head. We haven't had this discussion since the last Presidential election, really early 2008, late 2007. Everyone pretty much figured Bush wouldn't move on CTL, and we would have to wait till this administration. Well the cats finally out of the bag. Unfortunately I agree with others on this subject, that unless oil prices are higher it will probably stay on the back burner. They really should start NOW, instead of waiting, as it is only a matter of time.
