Dischino is absolutely correct in his assessment. Decisions have to be based upon business considerations - not emotional ones. Sometimes we can be guilty of this allbeit for the right reasons. We are fortunate to have the presence of seasoned veterans like Dischino, Grim and others who have a mature & realistic outlook & a sense of fairness - Kudos.
