I would also point out that it doesn't take much money to accumulate massive amount of shares at sub-penny levels. This would be pocket change to deep pockets who recognise a good deal (NI 43-101 Pre-feasibility Report) to quietly remove 10s of millions of shares from the float- off the market. But once the company finds the right financing and makes a public announcement, we could see a real stampede to accumulate the remainder of the sub-penny shares, by that time it will be to late for the little investors to catch the real leverage of the "Multipler Affect."
