Correction, the correct date for "The Intellegence Digest Report" I was refering to is dated 1989 and not 1998, I acidentally transposed the last two numbers.
The Intellegence Digest Report was eventually bought out by Janes intelligence. Jim Sinclair also has a keen interest for geopoltics, I can't help but wonder if Jim also read the same intelligence reports that I read back then....
