Please post the basis of your question:

Exactly why would you consider the possibility that the report would have to be retracted? Have you any reason to doubt the independent assessments shown in this report? All other reports were properly filed and accepted by the BCSC.

More importantly, the earlier 43-101 report (filed January 2009 and amended in June 2009) was for PROBABLE reserves, the secod highest confidence level available (second only to Proven).

The newer report of January 2010 (that unfortunately was not properly filed) was almost all on INFERRED resources, the lowest confidence reserve category requiring the LEAST data (which is why it's INFERRED).

Got it? The PROBABLE reserve 43-101 data which you take to the bank was 100% properly reported and filed and ACCEPTED by the BCSC. The INFERRED data was properly established but simply not properly filed.

An unfortunate mistake, but correcting this should be a mere formality, don't you agree Cooky?
