Its my understanding that filing a material change in regards to a PR is simply copying the news and having it on file with the SEC, nothing serious, its not like the company was cooking the accounting books but the bashers who are shorting the stock would have you believe this is a major criminal offense.

This minor infraction won't stop me from adding more Silverado Gold Mine shares to my long position. The NI 43-101 Pre-Feasibility Study says Garry has got the goods in the ground both Gold and Antimony !!! and the naked short sellers will one day be forced to join the party !!! and when that day happens I'll be sitting back and watching the stock skyrocket up the chart in price $$$$
