If my memory is correct, the outstanding share count was about 1.9 Bln.....corrections welcomed.

We now show 2,245,357,531 as of 11/29/10.

I entered this figure to the HOME tab on that date and it has not changed here in LII anyway, and is the most up to date figure I can find. Corrections welcomed please.

So, we did not add 1 Bln shares in fiscal 2010 nor calendar 2010.

Nobody is denying the facts as to the state of the company, as it is all there to see via the required filings. The decision to stay the course or sell is everyone's choice.
