A start up exploration company needs to raise funds right...so one method is to go public and offer shares for sale to finance itself....duh....

This is what being in penny land with OTC.BB stocks is all about...nothing new to this concept. They needed our money to survive, we gave it to them with hopes of a return, and it has yet to happen.

The big question remains....will it happen?

It's a gamble, an investor should understand that, and no guns were pointing at their heads making them fork over their hard earned cash, giving it to a bunch of people they had never met right?

Yes, I am over simplifying this and being a "smart mouth" but that's the bottom line.
