China has been a lot kinder to Silvercorp than the U.S. has been to Coeur D'Alene Mines. Speaking as an investor in both, CDM/CDE got screwed over in the Kensington deal in a way that wouldn't happen in China. Much better off not investing in a U.S. mine.
