Silvercorp to Commence Trading on NYSE Alternext US
VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Feb. 17, 2009) - Silvercorp Metals Inc. ("Silvercorp" or the "Company") (TSX:SVM)(NYSE Alternext US:SVM) is pleased to announce that its common shares have been authorized for listing on the NYSE Alternext US, formerly the American Stock Exchange, and trading will commence today under the ticker symbol "SVM". The Company's shares will continue to trade on the Toronto Stock Exchange under the symbol SVM.TO.
